Nottingham runs from the terraces of Lenton and Forest Fields, heavily student-let, to the semis of West Bridgford. Short lets and quick turnarounds mean jobs are booked at short notice. For a heating engineer, that means boiler installs, heat pumps and servicing that cannot be put off. Areas that generate the most call-outs: Lenton, West Bridgford, Sherwood, Beeston, Forest Fields.
